Those who are bitter for whatever reasons often refuse to forsake, forgive and forget. They tend to hold on to particular emotions and let these emotions dominate them. The reality is that if you surround yourself with negative people, you’ll get stuck in the trench of bitterness too. Nonetheless, bitterness makes people petty. For instance, this guy who was rightly put in his place for his unsolicited opinion about women.
“Sick of going through insta and seeing girls commenting on other girls pictures ‘look at u!!😭’ and ‘have you seen yourself😍’ grow up man you don’t even know each other,” he wrote.
As ridiculous as his tweet sounds, Saya Norton couldn’t help but ridicule him for his trashy comment. Saya is an 18-year-old artist from Groton, Massachusetts.
“I see so many jokes about how women are attacked for enjoying literally anything,” she said. “And this one really caught my eye because it’s just such a funny thing to be bothered by.” So she found it obligatory to respond with a, “I’m Lewis and I get mad at women being nice to each other,” she wrote.
Other women didn’t hold back from bashing the guy for his ridiculous comment either.
The comments kept chiming in, getting back at Lewis in the best way possible: by complimenting other women of course!
These women claimed a love fest!
And there was no end to it.
Lewis would think a billion times before bashing women ever again. The thread of positivity was an absolutely beautiful comeback.
“Kill ’em with kindness.”
Faith in Twitter restored.
I changed my mind, twitter is awesome again pic.twitter.com/yQiQ6pp1E3
