Data Deletion

You can delete your data from RearFront at any time. This page satisfies the data-deletion requirements of the connected platforms (including Meta’s Data Deletion Instructions requirement).

Disconnect a single account

In the Service, open Settings → Connected channels and remove any account. We immediately revoke and delete its stored OAuth tokens and associated platform data.

Delete your whole account

• Open Settings → Account → Delete account, or email rearfront@viralagain.comfrom your account email with the subject “Delete my data”.
• We delete connected-account tokens and platform data within 7 days and complete deletion of remaining data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Deletion via Facebook / Instagram

If you connected via Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove RearFront from Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, which sends us an automated deletion request. We process it and provide a confirmation code you can use to check status on our deletion-status page.
